Forging Stronger Ministries, Together.

Because healthy churches need more than good intentions - they need good systems.

Who we are

We know ministry is deeply meaningful—and deeply complex. Behind every Sunday service, every community outreach, every board meeting or budget decision, there’s a team of people trying to hold it all together while staying faithful to the call. That’s where we come in.

Foundry Collaborative partners with churches and faith-based organizations to strengthen the systems that support ministry—staffing, structure, strategy, and everything in between. We’re not here to add more to your plate. We’re here to clarify the work, carry some of the load, and help you move forward with confidence and care. Whether you’re in a season of transition, growth, or just trying to catch your breath, we walk alongside you with the tools, experience, and encouragement to take the next faithful step.

What we Do

Ministry doesn’t slow down when things get complicated. Whether you’re navigating a leadership transition, launching a new initiative, or realizing your operations need more than duct tape and goodwill—Foundry can help.

We partner with churches and faith-based nonprofits to strengthen the systems that make ministry sustainable. That might mean stepping in with interim executive leadership, facilitating a strategic planning process, onboarding new staff and clergy, or helping you rethink how your volunteers, finances, and communications actually function.

Whatever the challenge, we bring sleeves-rolled-up support, built around your context, your mission, and your next step.

I can't imagine not having this [Pastoral Onboarding] process in the future. It feels like it helped us skip past the "pleasantries" and walking on eggshells with a new person. We immediately were able to get to the nitty-gritty to build trust and do it *together*. We've been through a lot as a staff and it felt very healing to share vulnerably in the same space together. That felt very important, I felt like it further strengthened our bond as a staff. It was incredibly helpful to speak to someone that was removed enough from our situation for us to feel comfortable being 100% honest, yet he also understood the dynamics of church work to empathize with our grief and frustration. I felt very "seen".

"This process [Pastoral Onboarding] will allow us to get a great start to our ministry with a new pastor. He understands more about us and we learned more about him. We jumped ahead two months by doing this onboarding. We can immediately start planning and implementing the new ideas that were discussed. I could tell that our staff and lay leadership were energized after their sessions."

"[Pastoral Onboarding] was not another "church thing." It felt real and authentic with no cheese! I thought it was helpful and would recommend."
