Who we are

We know ministry is deeply meaningful—and deeply complex. Behind every Sunday service, every community outreach, every board meeting or budget decision, there’s a team of people trying to hold it all together while staying faithful to the call. That’s where we come in.

Foundry Collaborative partners with churches and faith-based organizations to strengthen the systems that support ministry—staffing, structure, strategy, and everything in between. We’re not here to add more to your plate. We’re here to clarify the work, carry some of the load, and help you move forward with confidence and care. Whether you’re in a season of transition, growth, or just trying to catch your breath, we walk alongside you with the tools, experience, and encouragement to take the next faithful step.

We partner with churches and faith-based nonprofits to strengthen the systems that make ministry sustainable. That might mean stepping in with interim executive leadership, facilitating a strategic planning process, onboarding new staff and clergy, or helping you rethink how your volunteers, finances, and communications actually function.

I can't imagine not having this [Pastoral Onboarding] process in the future. It feels like it helped us skip past the "pleasantries" and walking on eggshells with a new person.
